ABOUT ME

Martin specialized in change processes in organizations, culture, and leadership. He consults national and multinational organizations on the interrelated change processes at the individual, team, and organizational levels. He is a doctoral candidate at Hult Ashridge in the UK, conducting research on organizational change.
Extensive experience in leading agile, fast-moving organizations and cultures. Martin brings more than 25 years of international operational leadership experience as CIO, COO, and Managing Director, complemented by board-level appointments prior to his consulting work.
His passion for organizational development earned him a distinction in research at INSEAD in 2019 on the topic of stuckness, transitioning from a traditional to a contemporary organizational setting. He possesses a transformation mindset and deep knowledge of the human aspects of change and the realities of business complexity.
